Thanks to our wide-ranging know-how and state-of-the-art machinery and equipment pool, we manufacture a broad range of challenging cold-formed aluminum and steel components. Internationally, we play a leading role developing individual cold forming solutions for the automotive industry.
At the time of order placement, we design and test cold-forming dies that are economically manufactured in our own tool & die department. A further advantage is our advanced expertise in secondary processing of cold formed components. Machining, secondary forming, and assembly processes complement each other in an ideal fashion in our facility. It's all about fully automatic machining of our cold-formed blanks to produce a high-precision part.
During series production, with fully tested trial runs in our manufacturing shop that are certified under ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949, we ensure compliance with the most stringent quality standards. Thanks to continuous monitoring of the forming processes during production, we are able to guarantee fully controlled working steps. We take due account of environmental concerns through our management system certified to ISO 14001 and moreover comply with energy management standards in accordance with ISO 50001.
Our quality assurance department is equipped with state-of-the-art inspection equipment, like computer-aided breaking-load testing machines and metrology stations as well as 3D systems and hardness testing equipment. In our lab, each material batch is checked for its chemical and mechanical properties. This ensures shipments at a consistently high quality level.
